The Swift Group Team
Allison has been in the meeting industry for almost ten years working with non-profits and corporations, such as Microsoft. These meetings have ranged from large-scale international conferences to more intimate team-building events and everything in between. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, baking all kinds of treats, and trying local coffee shops.
Ben brings his experience in events and logistics to help clients, such as Microsoft, to implement projects. He has been a member of the Swift Group team since 2020 and brings unique insights to his roles producing events for high-level audiences. You can usually find him trying out different bread recipes at home and watching the Barefoot Contessa.
Event Coordinator & Social Media Manager
Bryn has been contributing her creative energy, attention to detail, and passion for effective communication to Swift Group projects since 2011. She has traveled the world supporting global events for clients like Pixar and Microsoft. Bryn is happiest brewing new strategies for social media with a cup of coffee in her hand.
Dana is a seasoned program manager with over 20 years of experience managing marketing promotions, online services, and product releases for Microsoft. She enjoys engaging people and relationship building while pulling together all the critical details to ensure success in any project, promotion, or product release. She believes in being professional and having fun while infusing positivity and humor in each day!
Helen is a seasoned and strong marketing professional who is very resourceful, adaptive, and thorough with a natural affinity for delivering a “white glove” experience to all her projects. She brings with her over 20 years in marketing, business development, program management, event planning, and B2B sales.
Meg is an executive-level program manager with a proven track record for successful program execution and management. She provides immediate, real-time guidance and support to align projects with business goals, construct detailed work plans, achieve milestones, and communicate the result across a stakeholder audience. Meg is a team player with driven collaboration, passion, drive, and dedication.
Matt is an executive with experience in development, negotiation, logistics, execution and management of integrative programs, events, and sponsorships. Over the past 3 years he’s worked with various Microsoft groups managing projects and delivering in-person and virtual events globally. Prior to that, he worked for Live Nation managing events and key partner accounts and programs nationally. Outside of work, Matt enjoys spending time with his family, watching documentary films, and staying active outside.
As a 20-year veteran of the event world, Jennifer Dills, CMP has been instrumental in the success of events for a huge range of organizations, from professional sports entities such as the NFL, to emerging technology and internet companies, small non-profits, and Fortune 500 companies. Jennifer excels in event logistics, operations, event strategy and on-site management and likes to think of herself as a "chaos master"—taking information and content from all directions and turning it into one cohesive event that delivers a meaningful experience and creates memorable relationships. Jennifer is a published author, avid cook and travel junkie who went to school with a little-known actor named Brad Pitt. She loves working with a wide variety of people in many industries to learn from them, share her skills and work together to bring a world-class event experience.
Vilok is a dynamic marketing professional/tech geek with a community-minded soul. Vilok has years of experience enabling Fortune 500 companies and startups in telling their stories. He excels at digital marketing, influencer and community engagement, and brand management.
Sloan Andres is an experienced implementation and project manager with a demonstrated history of working in the information technology and corporate event space. Sloan is skilled in training and development, analyzing business trends, and communicating within multiple work streams during the project life cycle. Sloan loves to bring attention to detail, and an organized approach to any event.
Alicia comes to us with a background in events, engagement strategy, and sponsorship. Prior to joining Swift Group, she produced career and networking programs for current students and young alumni at the UW Alumni Association. Prior to UW, she executed large scale educational conferences for a variety of professional nonprofit associations. In her spare time, Alicia enjoys staying active by hiking, cycling, and playing with her dog, Yoda, though she is equally content curling up with a cup of coffee and a mystery novel.
As a business operations leader and project execution specialist, Deanne thrives at strategic planning, organizing details, driving deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and building consensus. She helps teams and organizations get things done! She’s passionate about people and fostering cultures that are anchored by trust, honestly, integrity, respect, and innovation. Born and raised in Seattle, Deanne enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter Siena (5), son Julian (8), and 2 Shiba Inus, Micky and Sake. A few hobbies that she’s picked up over the last year are cooking and exploring trails in the Pacific Northwest.
Giselle joins the Swift Group team as a Communications Specialist with a couple of decades experience as a Microsoft consultant in event marketing & communications, event & project management, and most recently as executive business administrator for a Sr. VP at Microsoft. Her passion is planning, planning, planning, and keeping track of details, details, details. In Giselle’s spare time, she is a philanthropist at heart as President of her Seattle Children’s Guild managing an annual special fundraiser event benefiting Seattle Children’s Hospital.
Estelle joins the Swift Group team as an Event Manager with recent experience working for Microsoft’s Business Applications Solutions group. Estelle has over 7ears of industry experience across Events, Advertising, Marketing, and PR in New York City, where she worked both in-house at Sotheby’s, and for several boutique agencies with consumer and technology brand clients.
A self-proclaimed Corporate America Ninja, Heidi's strengths are centered on problem-solving with a focus on process efficiencies and improvement, and building relationships across multiple groups to drive projects forward. She brings creativity and an entrepreneurial spirit to her projects and thrives in a complex environment.
Jerry is a self-starter with a proven track record of successful program management life cycle development. Jerry is experienced in the development, enhancement, and maintenance of the business to vendor relationship with strong skills in listening to the critical needs of clients.
Marketing & Communications
Kellini is truly an original thinker with over twenty-five years of experience in marketing and communications. Specialty areas include all aspects of internal and external communications, executive communications (including speechwriting and coaching), C-level events and event management, product and services marketing, and organizational change management.
Marketing & Program Manager
Lynne Walker has been planning successful large events for over 25 years. She plans, manages, and executes conferences, seminars, tradeshows, product launches, corporate receptions & special events, client appreciation, and incentive programs, as well as managing many sales and marketing/partner programs.
Abby brings 20+ years of experience in eCommerce, publishing, and emerging technologies as Site Director at Audible.com and by directing the marketing efforts of several bootstrapping start-ups. Using little more than social media marketing, she is adept at targeting markets and increasing awareness in all written forms of communication – technical, website, instructive, marketing – and skilled in building excellent rapport with clients and team members alike.
Amy is an efficient project manager with 10+ years’ experience coordinating digital brand experiences, production and operations, global corporate conferences, and vendor management. Her attention to detail ensures a seamless process from initial concept to launch, ensuring all partners are aligned on strategy, critical goals, and timelines.
