Abby offers 20+ years of experience in eCommerce, publishing, and emerging technologies as website PM, web director at Audible.com and as co-founder of an online marketplace startup. Highly proficient in all forms of written communication (technical, website, instructive, marketing), she is also skilled in building excellent rapport with clients and team members. Abby’s superpower is analytical problem-solving, and loves to come up with creative solutions to complex problems.
Aileen is a multi-lingual expert at managing large, complex projects. Her skills run the range of calendar management to technical support and product testing. Her enthusiasm and positive energy transfers to everything she does and everyone she works with.
Alicia comes to us with a background in events, engagement strategy, and sponsorship. Prior to joining Swift Group, she produced career and networking programs for students and young alumni at the UW Alumni Association. Prior to UW, she executed large scale educational conferences for a variety of professional nonprofit associations. In her spare time, Alicia enjoys staying active by hiking, cycling, and playing with her dog, Yoda, though she is equally content curling up with a cup of coffee and a mystery novel.
Allison has been in the meeting industry for almost ten years working with non-profits and corporations, such as Microsoft. These meetings have ranged from large-scale international conferences to more intimate team-building events and everything in between. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, baking all kinds of treats, and visiting local coffee shops.
Amy is an efficient event and project manager with 10+ years’ experience coordinating digital brand experiences, production and operations, global corporate conferences, and vendor management. Her attention to detail ensures a seamless process from initial concept to launch, ensuring all partners are aligned on strategy, critical goals, communications, and timelines.
Angi joined The Swift Group as a Communication Manger after spending over 10 years working as an agency partner to scrappy startups and Silicon Valley Unicorns looking to boost their brand, launch new products, and execute integrated marketing campaigns. She also spent time working with local nonprofits to develop mission-driven communication plans and virtual event strategies. Angi is a certified yoga instructor, wine enthusiast, and pop culture junkie. She is based in Seattle (but often misses living in the California sunshine!)
Ashley is a Boston native passionate about working on impactful teams. Her past work has ranged from immigration advocacy, higher education, technology, and mixed-methods research. Ashley is passionate about the art of storytelling and designing with data-informed decision-making to create equitable and sustainable solutions. Ashley has 7+ years of experience designing workflows, aggregating and analyzing data, building data visualizations, and crafting research briefings. Ashley believes in the power of storytelling and the revolutionary commitment we should all have to cultivate tranquility— in all the ways this shows up for us in our lives, even in uncertainty. Ashley holds a Master's in Public Policy and a Bachelor's in Sociology—minoring in theoretical and applied ethics.
Ben brings his experience in managing high-level events to deliver executive programs for clients. He has been a member of the Swift Group team since 2020 and brings creative insights to his roles producing events for high-level audiences at Microsoft. You can usually find him trying out different homemade bread recipes and watching the Barefoot Contessa.
Brenda has over 14 years of experience as a Project/Event Manager in a wide range of industries, from tech to non-profit. Prior to joining Swift Group, she delivered in-person and virtual events for diverse audiences in the Seattle area. She brings her passion for detailed data management to every project. Brenda loves Halloween and produces a home haunt with her family. She can be found at haunters’ conventions in her spare time.
Brieanne is a flexible, well-rounded event and project manager with 7 years of experience. Brieanne loves seeing a project from the start of the planning process to identify the strategy and organizational goals mapped to the overall themes to event execution. Regularly planning and executing in-person events ranging from 3,000 to 30,000 attendees and digital events ranging from 500-250,000 attendees for clients such as Microsoft and Pixar.
Brittney brings more than 13 years of experience in developing and executing global event marketing programs. She has led overall event management, executive engagement, content strategy and execution for programs and senior leaders at Nike, Columbia Sportswear, Facebook, and Microsoft both at high profile third-party events like World Economic Forum, Gartner Symposium events, Mobile World Congress as well her clients’ first-party programs. Brittney is unapologetically addicted to travel, feeding her obsession for immersive art, music, and storytelling, while capturing unforgettable memories along the way. Estelle has industry experience in Events, Advertising, Marketing, and PR in New York City, where she worked both in-house at Sotheby’s, and for several boutique agencies with consumer and technology brand clients. Estelle is a native Seattleite who loves to ski, hike with her dog Finn, and enjoy a great meal with a glass of wine.

She is also passionate about empowering team members and motivating aspiring entrepreneurs. Hunter is a full-stack marketing, events, and communications professional with a broad skillset and entrepreneurial spirit. His experience ranges from planning and organizing global health conferences and corporate events across US, Europe, Asia, and Africa; to developing go-to-market strategies for healthcare and technology products; and even launching his own vegan popsicle company, Ice on Mars. Most recently, she co-owned and ran her own campervan building business prior to joining Swift Group. In her free time, she enjoys riding motorcycles, traveling and spending time with her two cats, Noah and Smokey.

Events Mastermind, Design Amateur, and Checklist Enthusiast, Julianna, has experience handling a variety of productions - from arranging Banking School (yes, that is a thing) to month-long harvest festivals, where days were spent managing pumpkins and piglets. Hearing the creative ideas and out-of-the-box approaches that come from a good ole fashion brainstorming sesh, is all the motivation needed to inspire her to keep on keeping on in the event industry. Outside of business hours you can find her camping with her dog, Rory, or desperately scouring Yelp for the best ice cream spot in town.

She plans, manages, and executes conferences, seminars, tradeshows, product launches, corporate receptions & special events, as well as managing sales and marketing/partner programs. Lynne has been working on corporate events with Microsoft as an FTE from 1988-1998 and as a vendor since 2001.
Maddie is a passionate and meticulous event planner with 4 years of experience in producing events for Microsoft, PACCAR, Facebook and The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. Maddie earned a B.A. in Public Relations from Gonzaga University in 2018. Go Zags! In her free time, Maddie enjoys playing tennis, going to breweries, and spending time with her family and friends.
